Fitness Friday (week 2)

Heeeeey fitness friends!

So I've officially made it one week into my postpartum weightloss plan! I've been REALLY good, working out everyday, eating healthy, I'm really proud of myself. I've actually GAINED three pounds this week, but I kind of expected that. It happened when I started working out after having Clementine too. Maybe it's water weight, maybe it's muscle mass (lol I wish), whatever it is it'll go away soon.

In happy news: I finally fit into my first pair of proper jeans!!!



















They aren't my skinny jeans or anything, but it's still a huge deal for me. I actually cried with I buttoned them without a muffin top. No more maternity jeans or stretch pants for me! I'm finally starting to feel human again. heehee.

  6. @cassie, What I've been doing so far is 45 minutes on my treadmill walking 3 mph on a 10 incline everyday plus 25 minutes of Wii Active every other day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday), and I'm taking Sundays off.

    But I just got the OKAY from my doctor Yesterday to start pushing myself more, so I might be changing it up a bit.

  7. You're doing great! Don't mind the weight gain (like you said this happened when you had Clem), but just remember your body is getting used to a different caloric intake and it takes your body a little while to adjust. Keep up the good work! Whenever we finally get home, I'll be joining you for post-baby fitness fridays!
