Target Treasures

gpoy

I spent Friday and Saturday this week at my Mom and Dad's house while Boz played a disc golf tournament in Santa Cruz. The kids and I had a blast making cupcakes out of play-doh, painting some early Easter eggs, hula hooping, and playing zelda on my Dad's game cube. When Boz got back Saturday night my Mom offered to watch the kids for us Sunday so we could have some adult time on our own. We decided to take a kid free trip to target and have a quiet lunch together.

there are no full length mirrors at my parents house so I have to photobooth to see what I look like
Navy cropped cardigan and black tank: Forever 21
Floral skirt and tights: Target
Doc Martens: Ebay

Target had SO MUCH cute stuff!
here's some of the stuff I tried on

LOL. Okay. I don't own a lime green cardigan and have always wanted one, but I think we decided that  lime green + pink hair was just a little too much, and Boz just straight up hated the shorts.
wah wah wah.
I loved this dress, but they only had mediums left and I needed a small (did you hear read that? SMALL! ME! HA! I love you target.)
I ended up buying this dress. I love the pink stripes with my pink hair.
and I bought this dress.

Something I LOVE about target is that pretty much every clothing item has pockets.
Dresses with pockets is like my family.
here's all of our booty all together!
I got those two dresses, some socks and tights, and liquid eyeliner and shimmer
Boz went HAM and got three bottoms, four tops, + a pack of undershirts
We also got Clem a spring coat and a new video game, and Bowie got a new hat and anchor polo
I also got some pink lawn flamingos from the dollar spot
back at Mom and Dads I played with the kids for a bit while Boz looked up something online, then we packed up and went home. My most talented Clementine took this picture for me :)

Clemmie buns passed out as soon as we got her buckled in to her car seat

  1. Aw KellyAnne you look great! Gives me motivation to stick with it! I recently gained back some of the weight I lost a few years ago and it can be frustrating at times!

    2. AMAZING!!!

I try to focus on feeling good about myself no matter what my weight, but what can I say, I'm a girl who's always struggled with it. Keep it up!!!

    3. I try to focus on feeling good and staying positive about my body no matter my weight, but something clicked recently where I don't have to try to feel good anymore. I just do.

I'm one of those people who have to workout and fight everyday just to be/stay "overweight" for my height. But I've found that working out is also good for my mind and that's what keeps me going.

    4. Ha, I'm the same way. And yes! Working out is good for everyone, no matter the weight. I'm happier and certainly healthier when I exercise, even if I'm still a lil chubz. :)

    1. wahhh! I loved them though. :(
Clementine LOVES taking pictures! I should do an update of her photography. It's really kind of cool to see a three year olds point of view.

    1. Target can be a treasure trove of amazing things! It's really hard to leave there without spending $100 so we try to not go too often ;)

  5. Yay, you look so cute! I wish we had Target here, I think I would go there A LOT. Also I hate when the man piece doesn't like something you love, I think those shorts are cute! I picked up a really cute dress the other day and showed it to my bf and he just went 'no, I hate it, it looks like a barcode', wahhh indeed.
