Sweet Floral and Dots Nail Tutorial 

I started with all pink nails

Then I added all white crescent tips on every other nail.
I've seen tutorials where people use those hole punch reinforcement stickers to get a nice cutout at the bottom, but I just free handed it because I'm super lazy.

then on my leftover pink nails I added white polka dots while my white tips dried

When my white tips dried I added pink polka dots with white smudges in the middle

then with a darker pink I did what I call "sloppy broken spirals" in each pink & white dot

add little green smudges for the leaves and a good clear top coat and you're done!

ETA:
after staring at my nails while making this post I decided to add gold bands to the bottom of my crescent tips

 

Okay, now I'm done ;)

Our day started out a little rough. Boz must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed because he was in a HORRIBLE mood and was quarantined off in our bedroom so his grump didn't spread to the rest of us. After a few minutes of alone time Boz suddenly reappeared in full Buzz Lightyear costume asking his little space rangers if they would help he defeat the evil Emperor Zurg (Boz's bad attitude)

I made pancakes to celebrate us getting our happy daddy-man back!

Clemmie (the joker) had peanut butter and jelly pancakes, Bowie's pancake was plain.

I'm never sure if he's taking a picture of me or the kids so we end up with a lot of ~inquisitive face~ pictures

It was such a nice day! I wish we could find a way for Boz to work from home so we could have more days together in the sunshine.

Another Wedding!

So we had another wedding to go to this week. It was actually for the same couple who got married in Tahoe, but this was a bigger party for all of their friends and family.

There was so much rump shaking at the end of the night! I wish I got to dance with all of my beautiful friends more often. My face hurts from smiling so much, and I think my legs hurt more today from dancing than my head does from drinking. ;)
